The food was top-notch, especially those giant crab cakes that were practically the size of baseballs! The cream of crab soup was a winner, though a tad heavy on the Old Bay seasoning – if you’re not a fan of spice, just ask them to go easy on it. The Caesar Salad was a monster in the best way, and I couldn’t get enough of the onion rings and slaw. The portions were generous, and the staff was as friendly as the atmosphere was delightful!

Cheers to America at its absolute best! Following a friend’s recommendation led us to a seafood haven. The Blackened Scallops were otherworldly, and the dressing took it to another level. The basket of fries defeated me, but hey, that just means more for later, right? The portion sizes for sandwiches were so massive; it could have fed our entire table! Speedy and excellent service despite our simultaneous orders – truly a delightful experience.

The food here is not just delicious; it’s a rare find of freshness, especially the crab. Shoutout to my server Kimberly, who made my first visit memorable. Her knowledge of the menu was on point, steering me toward the Crab Nachos as a perfect appetizer. The fried shrimp, with nice-sized pieces, was a winner too.

Nine hours of driving was absolutely worth it for the outdoor dining experience at Carson’s 2023! The broiled MD crab cakes with mashed potatoes were a hit on our second visit. And for dessert, the orange crush, freshly squeezed, was a refreshing delight – yes, it’s a drink, not cake, but oh so good. The view of boats from the deck just added to the charm. Carson’s, you’ve won our hearts (and taste buds)!

What a fantastic restaurant with an even better view! I went for the oyster platter, and let me tell you, it was fabulous! The oysters had just the right amount of breading, and the onion rings were surprisingly not oily at all. The salad was fresh, with no hint of wilting lettuce, although the cucumber slices were a bit on the dry side. Kudos to the knowledgeable waitress who guided me through the menu – her expertise added an extra layer of enjoyment to the whole experience.
